Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses PixelPrompt, including our website, APIs, and any AI-powered features (such as prompt optimization, image generation, video generation, music or audio generation, and chat). By using our services, you agree to follow this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date in the page metadata reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Prohibited content and uses (including AI generation)

You must not use PixelPrompt—including any prompts, uploads, or outputs—to create, request, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

Sexually explicit and NSFW content (strictly prohibited)

• No sexually explicit content. You may not use our services to generate, optimize, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit images, video, audio, text, or other media.
• No NSFW sexual content. Content that is not safe for work (NSFW) due to nudity, sexual acts, sexual fetish content, or graphic sexual themes is prohibited, whether realistic, illustrated, or stylized.
• No sexual exploitation or grooming. You may not create or solicit content that sexualizes minors, depicts non-consensual sexual activity, or exploits individuals.

We enforce a zero-tolerance approach to violations of this section. We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and cooperate with authorities where required.

Other prohibited content and conduct

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate or promote illegal goods, services, or activity
• Harass, threaten, defame, or dox others
• Generate hate speech, extremist violence, or content that incites harm against groups or individuals
• Create malware, fraud, phishing, or deceptive impersonation
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Circumvent security, quotas, or abuse detection
• Resell or redistribute our services in violation of our Terms

Prompts, inputs, and outputs

You are responsible for everything you submit (including URLs, text prompts, reference images, and files) and for how you use outputs. If you are unsure whether content complies with this AUP, do not submit it.

We may use automated and human review, third-party signals, and reports from users to detect violations.

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion:

• Refuse or remove requests or outputs
• Warn, suspend, or permanently terminate your account
• Revoke credits or access without refund where misuse has occurred
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
